At Moqono, every order is checked carefully before it is packed and shipped. We want you to love the fit of your product, so we offer size exchanges on eligible items within 3 days of delivery.

Size Exchanges

To request a size exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Each order is eligible for one free size exchange request for up to 3 items. If you would like to exchange more than 3 items from the same order, or request another exchange for the same order, additional exchange charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be shared with you before the exchange is processed.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit for the eligible product value.

Products purchased as part of a Bundle & Save offer, special discount, or promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear images of the issue, and an unboxing video.

Once verified, we will arrange the necessary correction, such as a replacement, exchange, or store credit for the eligible product value.

Measurement tolerance : Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind, personal preference, or size issues. Size exchanges are available under the conditions mentioned above.
