Your order will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed on our website. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and SMS.

Delivery Timelines

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

• 2 to 5 working days for metro cities
• 4 to 7 working days for the rest of India

Please note that these timelines are estimates. While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery may sometimes be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, address-related issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Moqono is not responsible for courier delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner. However, we will do our best to help you track and resolve any delivery-related concerns.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct before placing your order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailable recipient, wrong phone number, or any other customer-provided information, Moqono will not be liable for the delay.

If the package is returned to us and needs to be shipped again, additional reshipping charges may apply. These charges will be shared with you before the order is resent.
